Zach Conque is a former Division I quarterback and current quarterback coach with years of experience both playing and developing talent at the highest levels. He played his college football at Stephen F. Austin State University (SFA), where he was a three-year starter and dual-threat standout. Over 35 games, Conque totaled 6,867 passing yards and 46 touchdowns through the air, along with 1,602 rushing yards and 34 rushing touchdowns. He was named the 2014 Southland Conference Newcomer of the Year and earned All-Southland Conference honors three times.
Following his collegiate career, Conque signed with several NFL teams, including the Houston Texans, New York Jets, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Indianapolis Colts.
In 2017, Conque trained with OSQB for his pro day and officially joined the coaching staff in 2019. His passion for quarterback development extends to the high school level, where he coached at McKinney High School, helping young athletes refine their mechanics, football IQ, and leadership on and off the field.
Zach brings a deep understanding of the quarterback position, a coach’s eye for detail, and firsthand experience at the collegiate and professional levels. He is committed to helping quarterbacks of all ages maximize their potential and elevate their game.
Zach lives in Van Alstyne, Texas with his wife, McKhenzie, and their two children, Cooper and Beau.
