Quarterback Performance Training

A Complete Quarterback Lab

Forget the limitations of traditional coaching. OSQB offers a one-stop shop for quarterback development:

What to Expect

Learn and implement band routines to make sure you are primed to throw and continue to build strength in your shoulder and trunk.

Focus on explosive movements to enhance rotational power essential for generating velocity in throws. Medicine ball work provides a framework for using your hips and the ground to generate force for throwing.

This cutting edge approach works on training vision, body awareness, accuracy, decision making, prediction, balance, and more.

Emphasize acceleration, deceleration and 3D movement drills to improve agility and quickness inside and outside of the pocket. Expand your toolbox of movement.

This includes owning key body positions for a thrower:
  1. Single leg stability
  2. Upper body stability
  3. Core stability

Implement mobility exercises focusing on ankles, hips, thoracic spine (mid-section), and shoulder mobility to optimize throwing mechanics and range of motion

Footwork drills to improve agility, quickness, and mobility in the pocket.

Balance and stability training is like a GPS system. By using 3 satellites in triangulation, you can determine your exact location. We use proprioception (joint position sense), vision (eyes), and the vestibular system (the level inside your ear) to help you know exactly where you are in space.

Identify any mobility or stability limitations that may affect quarterback performance. Develop individualized corrective exercises and mobility drills to address any areas of weakness.
